Social Scoreboard: Week of February 23

Even with a loyal fan base and a critically-acclaimed reputation to boot, ‘Parks & Recreation’ was never a major social TV driver. Still, fans tweeted in droves – 346,000 tweets by 133,000 unique authors – this week about the show’s finale.

While its unique audience placed ‘Empire’ sixth this week on the list, the show was the most tweeted-about (715,000 tweets) by the most unique authors (175,000). ‘Empire’ continues to be the biggest surprise of the season both linear and social ratings-wise.
