NBC crime dramas “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” and “Chicago P.D.” are partnering for a two-hour crossover event airing Wednesday, February 26 at 9pmET.
“A case so big, it needs two teams to solve it,” the teaser for the episode says, with the New York-based “SVU” crew heading to Chicago to enlist the help of the “Chicago P.D” crew.
And both shows are also active on social, tweeting out promo announcements for the crossover event—and retweeting each others tweets—while SVU’s social channels are spreading some behind-the-scenes photos from the episode’s filming.
And “Chicago P.D.” has been busy on social as well—tweeting images and links from a Google+ Hangout they did with fans this week.
