Fox News Tops Social Content Ratings for Election Night

The social media audience interacted most with America’s Election Headquarters, the name of Fox News Channel’s coverage of the election Tuesday night. That’s according to Nielsen, which has released its Social Content Ratings for the night.

In all, there were just under 13 million social interactions in the U.S. related to programming on Tuesday, 11/8. There were just under 1.5 million social interactions in the U.S. related to Fox’s America’s Election Headquarters. As you’ll see in the chart below, Fox had the most interactions on Twitter and Facebook, as well as the most uniques. CNN was second, and NBC came in third.
