-The season five premiere of PLL attracted nearly 250k reactions out of more than one million Tweets. In terms of volume, this is the 4th most Tweeted episode of a scripted series this year after 2 other episodes of PLL and one Walking Dead. Source
-During the segment with the most reactions (8:15-8:20), the show elicited 18,704 reactions out of 72,358 tweets.
-Olive Garden drove plenty of reactions with its promoted tweet signed by PLL’s villain, A (see infographic). Their strategy seems to be working. -PLL ran a live Twitter chat with Janel Parrish, who plays Mona on the show during the episode, which probably contributed to “Mona” being the most reacted-to character name (13,503 Tweets)
-The show has been renewed for two more seasons, so looks like the Liars are not going to be graduating high school any time soon.
