Myers is already getting TV attention for the competition.

Myers told Lost Remote why she entered. “I decided to enter the competition because I thought it would be a fun project for me as a designer.” She added that, “I do not currently use Tumblr, but I have in the past to collect design and art inspiration.”

She also spoke about why she loves the show and what the inspiration was behind her design. “Yes, I have been a fan of the show since it premiered,” she discussed. “I love the characters and the behind-the-scenes theme of the show. I designed the cover mainly around the title of the album “The Parts I Remember”. The collage aspect plays into the name of the album. The character of Rayna James, in the show, is also looking to modernize and reinvent herself so I designed the cover to reflect her modern taste and mature style.”

Here’s Myers’ bio that’s on her website:

Hi there! I’m so glad you dropped by my portfolio site.! My name is Elyse Myers (formerly Elyse Van Fleet) and I am a graphic designer based out of beautiful Indianapolis, Indiana. I am also a graduate of Ball State University (chirp, chirp!) I currently work full-time at an advertising agency in Broad Ripple and I work on freelance projects in my spare time.

A bit about me: I am a born and raised Hoosier, even though where I’m from has a lot more Amish than Hipsters. I collect silkscreen posters and beer coasters. To that effect, I love to visit breweries, even though I hate beer. I’ve been to almost every state, most of the Carribean, and Australia. Europe is next on the list. And finally, I love my husband Matt and my dachshund Dexter. Which one I love more depends on the day.
I really enjoy building relationships with local and regional clients. So if you or your business need a designers touch for your branding, advertising, event design, or packaging needs, please visit my contact page. Hope we get to work
together soon!
Congrats to this social TV fan and to ABC for rewarding the work with an actual integration into a scripted epsiode.
