Following the surprise success of “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies” this spring, Quirk Books is releasing a proper hardback edition of the book–helping launch a whole series of Quirk Classics that will give other works of literature a horror-show twist.
The Deluxe Heirloom Edition will feature a new hardcover, 13 new full-color oil paintings illustrating some bloody zombie action (like that illustration), and extra pages that bring 30 percent more zombies to the text. Earlier this year, GalleyCat reported on how Quirk built this viral bestseller.
