For those willing to go out in last Tuesday’s inclement weather, McNally Jackson hosted the latest in its series of “Author/Editor” events, this time featuring Alphie McCourt (left) and Sterling & Ross executive editor Rachel Trusheim. While we stayed at home nursing a cup of hot tea (or indulged in Caligula-esque revelry), we’re given to understand that a good-sized crowd did come out to hear McCourt read from his memoir, A Long Stone’s Throw, and even to indulge in a bit of song—including his older brother and fellow memoirist, Malachy.
