Sourcebooks has acquired Simple Truths, an online-only retailer that sells and creates inspirational books, prints and DVDs.
The company will become a Sourcebooks imprint, publishing around 100 backlist and upcoming books.
Founder Mac Anderson will serve as executive editorial director and Dan Green will be director of the new imprint.

Simple Truths ranks #669 on The Internet Retailer Guide, which lists the leading players in North American e-retailing based on web sales.
The Simple Truths list includes The Dash: Making a Difference with Your Life, 212° The Extra Degree and Simple Truths of Service.
Since its founding in 1987, Sourcebooks has made 15 acquisitions.
