In this role, you’ll oversee the visual identity of the company, while managing the budget for and designing 12 books per year. You’ll collaborate with other teams to materials for sale meetings, digital marketing and more. Additionally, you’ll oversee two staff designers, as well as a group of freelance illustrators, photographers and designers.
To be considered, you should have five to 10 years of experience in book publishing, as well as the ability to create designs for everything from young adult novels to cookbooks. If you’re proficient in InDesign, Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator, and can work independently or on a team, apply here.
