A few months ago, we introduced you to Errol Lincoln Uys, the hidden collaborator on James Michener‘s The Covenant. Now Uys (pronounced “Ace”) introduces Heather, who he cheerfully describes as his editor: “a stickler for good research, a great plotter and fine judge of character.” Which must come in handy for the multiple book proposals Uys has been developing for more epic novels in the Michener/Rutherford vein, with titles like Mexico, Boston, and U.S.A.…hey, wait a minute! There’s already a literary epic with that title, although, granted, John Dos Passos was no Michener.
