Earlier this year, Macmillan formed a partnership with Oyster. Initially, the publishing house allowed subscribers to enjoy more than 1,000 e-books.
Henceforth, Macmillan will make an additional 1,000 titles available to Oyster users. The newly added books come from a variety of genres such as nonfiction, young adult, and mystery.
Readers can now access books such as Cinder by Marissa Meyer, The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan, and People Who Eat Darkness by Richard Lloyd Parry through this eBook subscription service. Overall, Oyster carries more than 1 million books in its digital library.
