Jane Friedman, is stepping down as CEO of digital publishing house Open Road Integrated Media, and will now serve as Chairman of the Board/Executive Publisher of the company she co-founded.

Media veteran Paul Slavin, who joined the company last fall, will replace Friedman as CEO of the company. Slavin will help expand the company across platforms.
