Michael B. Jordan has been cast in Black Panther; it has not been announced which character he will play. In the past, he has acted in several high-profile movies including Fruitvale Station (2013), Fantastic Four (2015), and Creed (2015).
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Coogler will serve as the director of this film adaptation. The theatrical release date has been set for February 16, 2018.
