Legendary Manga artist Shigeru Mizuki has died. He was 93 years old.
Mizuki died of heart failure in the hospital, where he had been since he hit his head in his Tokyo home on Nov. 11, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
Mizuki was best known for the GeGeGe no Kitaro series, a collection of graphic stories based on Japanese folklore about ghosts. In this PRI interview, Mizuki discusses these Japanese spirits.
