Kurt Vonnegut (GalleyCat)The Johnson Museum of Art has been hosting an exhibit of Kurt Vonnegut’s (pictured, via) drawings. The pieces came from the collection of the late author’s daughter, Nanette Vonnegut.

This art show features over thirty pieces. The closing date has been scheduled for December 20.

Here’s more from the museum website: “Vonnegut used colored felt-tip pens because, as he explained, ‘Oil is such a commitment,” and watercolors are “too bland, too very easy.’ This exhibition includes more than thirty drawings that Vonnegut himself deemed ‘as rare as exotic postage stamps,’ offering another way of getting to know this beloved, quixotic author.” (via The Cornell Daily Sun)
