According to USA Today, the publisher describes the project as “a revealing personal diary.” It chronicles Lopez’s “transformative two-year journey of how, as an artist and a mother, she confronted her greatest challenges, identified her biggest fears, and ultimately emerged a stronger person than she’s ever been.”

The book will contain never-before-seen photos. English and Spanish language editions will be simultaneously released on October 28, 2014.
