9780590353427_lg.jpgHarry Potter author J.K. Rowling made a guest appearance at the White House’s annual Easter Egg Roll yesterday, revealing that she will produce a new book at some upcoming, yet unspecified, date.

Here’s an excerpt from the Washington Post report: “Though she said she doesn’t plan to write any offshoots of the Potter series, she didn’t rule it out ‘maybe 10 years from now,’ depending on how she feels. But she told one child she does want to write more books. ‘Yes, I do, and I am,’ Rowling said. ‘I’m quite sure in the not-too-distant future I will bring out another book.'”

Unfortunately, she didn’t say when she would publish eBook versions of her Harry Potter books. Rowling is one of the most well-known authors on the No eBook List.
