Rodale Books has acquired actor Freddie Prinze Jr.’s new cookbook “Back to the Kitchen.”
Rodale’s Senior Editor Dervla Kelly acquired the North American rights to the title at auction, in a deal with Hannah Brown Gordon of Foundry Literary + Media.
In the book, Prize will share 75 recipes acquired over a life long love for cooking and will draw on his childhood in New Mexico and his Puerto Rican heritage. The book will also include personal stories from his life at home with his wife, the actress Sarah Michelle Gellar, and their two kids. The book was co-written with food journalist Rachel Wharton and features a foreword by Gellar.
