Today Broadway Books announced that Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly has more than one million copies in print of his memoir, “A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity“—entering its 18th printing since the book debuted last September.

O’Reilly now has five million hardcover Broadway books in print, and his memoir stayed on the New York Times Hardcover Nonfiction Bestsellers list for 39 weeks. His television show averages 4,770,000 total viewers per night, an increasingly rare author platform in this digital age.

Gerald Howard, the anchor’s Broadway editor, had this statement: “As an author, Bill has demonstrated time and again an uncanny ability to connect with his audience, with candor, insight, and disarming humor … We are thrilled that his fans have come to ‘A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity’—especially since it is by far his most personal book yet—in such great numbers and congratulate him on his achievement.”
