Civics educator and writer Eric Liu has signed a book deal with PublicAffairs. Editor Ben Adams negotiated the deal with ICM/Sagalyn literary agent Rafe Sagalyn.

Liu has become well-known as the founder of the nonprofit organization, Citizen University. In the past, he has written several books including A Chinaman’s Chance, The Gardens of Democracy, and The True Patriot.
