Elizabeth Keenan Promoted at Plume & Hudson Street Press

Elizabeth Keenan has been promoted to executive director of publicity at Plume and Hudson Street Press.

Keenan has worked on campaigns for the reboot of Anne Rice’s Sleeping Beauty trilogy, George Orwell’s 1984, and Sarah Jio’s The Violets of March.

A number of publishers have announced promotions for their staff members this past week.

Paul Samuelson has been hired as the publicity manager at Grand Central Publishing’s Twelve imprint. Just prior to this move, he served as a senior publicist at Random House Children’s Books.

Editor Carrie Feron has been named senior vice president at HarperCollins’ Morrow/Avon imprints. Some of the authors she has worked with include Meg CabotSarah MacLean, and Susan Elizabeth Phillips.

Kate Napolitano now holds the the title of associate editor at the Plume imprint. Napolitano joined the company in 2009 as an editorial assistant to Becky Cole and Denise Roy.
