Comic artist Greg Horn will provide illustrations for the official program guide and merchandise of the setback plagued Broadway musical, Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark. Horn’s resume includes work at Marvel, DC, and Image Comics.

The press release has more from Horn: “My goal with any project – whether we’re talking advertising, video game, or comic book art – is to create the highest quality of illustration. In the case of Turn Off the Dark, the bar is set pretty high by the rest of the production.”

Playbill reported that playwright Paul Bogaev has also been hired as a consultant to improve the performance, quality of the musical numbers, and vocal/orchestration arrangements. According to The New York Times, director Julie Taymor revealed that there is a possibility the official opening night (currently set for March 15th) will be delayed once again. Two cast members have also suffered injuries while working on the play.
