Months after HarperCollins shuttered his Collins division, Bruce Nichols is leaving the company to serve as adult trade and reference publisher at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
At Collins, Nichols worked on “Alex & Me” by Irene Pepperberg, “My Booky Wook” by Russell Brand, and “Red and Me” by Bill Russell. Before the HarperCollins restructuring, he was the Collins publisher–moving there after serving as executive editor at Free Press.
