The Golden Girls star saw her celebrity explode this year after hosting Saturday Night Live. She has already written a few books over her career, including The Leading Lady: Dinah’s Story: “Describes how Dinah, a guide dog, gave Tom Sullivan, blind since birth, his first taste of independence, and how actress Betty White took Dinah in when the dog grew to old to do her job.”

She also wrote Here We Go Again: My Life In Television. Scribner will reprint the book as a trade paperback in October: “Packed with wonderful anecdotes about famous personalities and friendships, stories of Betty’s off-screen life, and the comedienne’s trademark humor, this deliciously entertaining book will give readers an entree into Betty’s fascinating life, confirming yet again why we can’t get enough of this funny lady.”
