Anne Hathaway, an Oscar-winning actress, has been cast in The Ambassador’s Wife adaptation. In the past, Hathaway (pictured, via) has acted in several book-based projects including The Devil Wears Prada, The Dark Knight Rises, and Les Misérables.
Variety reports that the story for this limited television series will come from Jennifer Steil’s novel. Doubleday, a Penguin Random House imprint, published the book in July 2015.
