Today Amazon added a new tool to help creators sell physical and digital goods without having to leave the app. Everybody from board game makers to toy makers have already used the new tool.

It’s called Mobile Associates API and can be used in the Amazon Appstore and in Google Play. Developers that use the API can earn up to 6% on qualifying in-app customer purchases. Customers can use their Amazon account to check out. Mobile developer Animoca is using the app to sell Thor’s hammer and action figures for its popular game Thor: Lord of Storms. Days of Wonder, a digital and physical board game maker, is using the feature to sell including the physical board game edition through the digital version of Ticket to Ride. Frismos, the developer of Creatures of Olympus, is using their game app to sell mythology products in Amazon’s Toys category.
