20th Century Fox has unleashed a piece called “In the Footsteps of…En Sabah Nur.” According to The Hollywood Reporter, it “takes the form of a promo for a fictional documentary series that exists in the X-Men cinematic universe — teases out the scale of the threat that Apocalypse poses, while also placing the new movie in context with 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past.”
io9 reports that the video, which features narration performed by George Takei, that this evil antagonist “was the first mutant and has been around for generations.” In the movie, this villain is portrayed by Oscar Isaac. Other members of the cast include Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, James McAvoy as Professor X, Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, and Olivia Munn plays Psylocke.
