Fresh off setting up shop in Sao Paulo, R/GA has now announced the launch of its Singapore office, making it the IPG unit’s first shop in Asia. Like the Sao Paulo branch, R/GA’s MasterCard win has prompted the agency to set up its Asia-Pacific hub.
In a statement, R/GA chief Bob Greenberg calls Singapore “a hotbed for ingenuity and innovation” and adds that the agency is looking forward to “welcoming Singapore design into our culture.” R/GA is currently in the process of building up staff in Singapore and expects the number to grow to 15 this year.
