Rachel Donovan Joins Jack Morton as SVP, Executive Creative Director

IPG experiential agency Jack Morton Worldwide hired Rachel Donovan to fill the role of senior vice president, executive creative director in its New York headquarters.

She now reports to SVP, managing director Cyndi Davis and works alongside Bruce Henderson, who became Jack Morton’s first-ever chief creative officer in late 2015 after running North American creative at Geometry Global.

“As executive creative director in New York and a member of our global creative council, Rachel will have an instrumental role in the creative direction of our agency,” Henderson said in the release. “Rachel’s creative vision, her breadth of experience, and her proven leadership skills will be invaluable as we continue to create extraordinary brand experiences for our clients.”

Donovan formerly served as global group creative director at McCann Health for two years after holding art/creative director roles at SpikeDDB, SapientNitro, Publicis New York and BBDO.

She has worked with clients across the auto, pharmaceutical, beauty, consumer goods, retail and media industries including Reckitt Benckiser, Novartis, Cadillac, Pepsi, Target, Time Warner Cable, Pepsi, etc.

Regarding her new role, Donovan said, “I’m excited to build upon Jack Morton’s extraordinary legacy, while pushing the creative boundaries and furthering the innovative culture with its incredibly talented team.”
