-Naked co-founder Jon Wilkins is joining Karmarama, the flagship agency of the Karma Communications Group, as executive chairman.

-Starcom MediaVest Group is launching next-gen tech platform Content@Scale, which will make content available from publishers to brands at scale. Beta launch begins this month in North America with a global rollout to follow in second half of this year.

-WPP’s GroupM has launched a “technology driven, data fused” TV business unit called Modi Media that will be led by Michael Bologna, the agency’s director of emerging communications.

-In case you didn’t catch it during the numerous b-ball and football games over the holidays, here’s the first spot for Verizon Wireless from Chicago-based Commonground, which picked up a portion of the multicultural duties for the brand last summer and just so happened to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

-London-based agency CMW has rebranded as Stack, which specializes in consumer/shopper activation, experiential marketing, CRM and loyalty. link
