Sources familiar with the matter confirm that NYC shop MIR has shut down shop. From what we’ve been told, there were “diverging interests” within the camp, which moved from Brooklyn to Chelsea last year, worked with clients including Citi, GM, LG and Mattel and was founded by CDs/partners Darrell Whitelaw and Adam Wohl (Campfire’s Steve Wax did buy some stake in the company and worked on the operations end).
