In a move designed to “further leverage its creative firepower and accelerated growth trajectory,” Javelin Marketing Group CEO Pam Larrick announced that Marc Garbarini is joining the agency as executive creative director. Garbarini joins Javelin from ROAR, where he also held the executive creative director title.

Prior to ROAR, Garbarini was senior vice president, creative at Digitas LBi, a title he held from 2009. In October of 2012 he was also named executive creative director of Digitas’ Atlanta office. While with Digitas, Garbarini led digital efforts for brands such as American Express, Delta Airlines, Aetna Healthcare, Travelers Insurance and SunTrust Bank, whilealso serving as the new business team lead for SERVE Mobile Payments, Nestle’s Hot Pockets and Cox Cable. Prior to Digitas LBi, Garbarini served as executive creative director for G2 Interactive and Organic.
