The ambiguity is somewhat annoying on this one, but at least we’ve received some sort of confirmation that luxury hotel brand, Loews Hotels, has now solicited the services of NYC-based agency, Catch, to serve as its agency of record. Tips we received claimed there was a review that involved a few well-known operations including Johannes Leonardo, but we’ve yet to get some clarification on that matter. A spokesperson did tell us, though, that, “ Catch has been awarded the business as our brand agency and I can confirm we met with various other agencies but I will not comment on specifics.”
Prior to Catch, Loews, which is based in New York City and operates 18 hotels from Annapolis to Miami Beach to Denver to our hood, previously worked with Agency 212 (need we explain its location?) on ad duties. As for Catch, the agency counts AARP, Quiksilver, United Healthcare and HP among its clients.
