Here’s a year-end industry accolade you’ll likely be able to get behind.
Fishbowl, the semi-anonymous app where agency staffers can share advice and air their grievances, has unveiled what it is calling the “Agency Good List.”
If you’re familiar with the app, you’ll know that you can react to posts by simply liking them, or, if you’re so inclined, take it a step further and deem them helpful, smart, funny or uplifting.
In an attempt to glean some insights out of this data, Fishbowl analyzed the more than one million reactions that occurred on the app this year to find out which agencies provided the most helpful, smartest, most uplifting and funniest posts in 2019. To play fair and ensure large agencies didn’t get disproportionate credit, Fishbowl calculated scores based on the proportion of employees from each company.
“Agencies are always recognized for their awards. What we don’t talk enough about is the human side of business, which is essential to career growth and wellness,” Mara Lecocq, brand & community director at Fishbowl, said. “We thought it was important to recognize the kindness of humans at work and the agencies they represent.”
