Basically, SapientNitro outperformed incumbent Organic — at least in Chrysler’s eyes — and so the former will now handle digital work for the Chrysler, Dodge and Ram brands. SapientNitro didn’t respond to a request for comment yesterday. Chrysler is pretty hard-ass about releasing news.
This is bad for Organic, which counted Chrysler as one of their biggest accounts.
