BBDO New York is adding to its executive creative director roster, which currently includes the likes of Mathias Appelblad and Ronald Ng, with the hiring of Dean Hacohen.
Hacohen most recently spent three years as ECD at Cramer-Krasselt Chicago, where he helped win accounts including Porsche, Sony and Zantac. Prior to C-K, he spent nine years at Lowe and ran the Unilever, Sprite, Macy’s and Heineken businesses among others. At BBDO, which he is set to join this month, Hacohen will spearhead the agency’s healthcare portfolio and help win new business. And of course, he’ll report to David Lubars, who in a statement simply says that Hacohen is “someone who makes the work better.” Aw, shucks.
