It's Time to Double
Down and Double Up

By Tiffany R. Warren
Founder and President, ADCOLOR

This year has been a challenging one for our beloved community. Interest and investment in DEI have waned in the corporate world while harmful legislation has rapidly increased throughout the country.

But in the face of adversity, our ADCOLOR community has always shown strength and unity. It’s their unwavering spirit that guides us as we gather to celebrate our achievements and confront current challenges and those that lie ahead.

Our theme for this year’s conference and awards, “Double Down & Double Up,” demands that we not only stand firm in our convictions, but further our commitments to justice, equity and the pursuit of a better, more inclusive present and future.

ADCOLOR 2023 is a platform where we can amplify our voices and multiply our efforts in the face of those who seek to divide and silence us. And this year’s beacons, honorees, nominees, FUTURES and LEADERS serve as an empowering reminder that lighting the way will always triumph over dark times. They have remained resilient and reassured when it matters most in the face of crushing adversity.

I am humbled by their accomplishments and servant leadership and thank them for carrying the torch. Let’s hold them up as we pledge to Double Down and Double Up.
