L'Oreal Names New Chief Digital Officer as Lubomira Rochet Joins Investment Firm

Asmita Dubey will take over the running the brand's digital operations immediately

L’Oreal has named Asmita Dubey as its new chief digital officer, with previous chief digital officer Lubomira Rochet set to move to the JAB Partnership, a holding company that owns several consumer-focused brands, including the largest shareholding in rival cosmetics company Coty Inc.

Dubey will take up the post immediately after serving as L’Oreal’s chief media officer. In her new post, Dubey will also join the group’s executive committee and will be charged with leading the next phase of its digital transformation.
