CBS News has announced its lineup of the 2020 presidential campaign digital journalists.
WUSA reporter Stephanie Ramirez is the only local news reporter to join the team this year.
“I could not be more Excited & Honored to be working with this incredibly talented team!!! Congrats everyone! See you soon!” she tweeted.
Ramirez, along with seven other digital reporters, will cover all angles of the upcoming presidential campaign for CBS News.
CBS News has expanded its team since the 2016 election. It now has eight digital reporters and four associate producers.
Ramirez has been at the Tegan station in Washington, D.C., for four years. She previously worked at News 12 Brooklyn.
