WTXF Uses Toy Cars to Show Parade Route for NCAA Champs

By Kevin Eck

Good Day Philadelphia entertained a debate whether the city should host a parade for Villanova, the newly crowned NCAA men’s basketball champs. Some viewers thought nearby Radner Township, where Villanova is located, should host the parade and not Philadelphia.

The Fox-owned station’s morning show taped off its studio floor and lined up a bunch of toy cars to show viewers roughly what the parade would look like and where it would go. The parade will be held in Center City Philadelphia starting at 1 p.m. on Friday.
