Fox-owned WTVT in Tampa has hired Dan Matics as a weekday reporter. He will be based in the station’s St. Petersburg newsroom and cover Pinellas County.
“Dan will make a great addition to our strong team of reporters in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County, as we continue to strengthen our dedication to an important region,” said WTVT vice president of news, John Hoffman.
Matics arrives in the Tampa Bay area from Charleston, West Virginia, where he was morning anchor and reporter at WCHS and WVAH.
