The Miami NBC-owned station reports the driver of the SUV took after hitting the two, but good samaritans stopped the man, later identified as Travis Miller, near the scene of the crash.

Hollywood Police said Miller stole an SUV from the CVS at Washington Street and 441 around 11:44 a.m before he collided with the NBC 6 News truck.

Noble and Bagg were treated at the scene by Hollywood Fire Rescue.

Miller is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and open container of an alcoholic beverage.

He could also be charged with driving under the influence, pending tests.
