Kyle Carmean has been promoted to assistant news director at WTTG in Washington, D.C.
Carmean was the news content manager at the Fox-owned station. He worked as an assignment editor and managing editor at WTXF in Philadelphia before coming to WTTG in 2014. He’s also worked at WJZ in Baltimore, and WBOC in Salisbury, Md.
“Over the last 13 years, I’ve been fortunate that Fox has allowed me to grow as a manager in this fast changing medium,” said Carmean. “I’m excited to see how news coverage evolves over the next couple decades.”
