Wrecking Ball Comes Down on KHOU

Houston media blogger Mike McGuff visited the building where Tegna’s KHOU once lived to get some snapshots of it being demolished.

The station announced it would be building a new studio earlier this year.

KHOU has been operating from a temporary space out of the PBS building since Hurricane Harvey‘s flood waters destroyed the old location’s interior.

KHOU moved to the Allen Parkway location in 1960. The new downtown location is expected to open late this Summer.
