WPSD is mourning the loss of Will Mallory, the 19-year-old son of anchor Mike Mallory who died in a car crash Wednesday morning.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Mallorys,” anchor Jennifer Horbelt said during the NBC-affiliate’s evening newscast on Wednesday (video above).

Mallory currently anchors WPSD’s morning and noon newscasts. Will was the passenger in a car driven by his 18-year-old cousin when the vehicle left the road at a curve and hit a tree.
