WPRI announced today that it is expanding its weekday morning newscast.  Beginning Monday, November 28th, the CBS-affiliate’s morning show will start at 4:30 a.m.

“Our viewers are telling us that their mornings are starting earlier than ever before,” said WPRI president and general manager Jay Howell, in announcing the expanded newscast. “We want to be responsive to their needs for local news and weather.”

Setting their alarm clocks a half-hour earlier are the established WPRI morning team of anchors Danielle North and Patrick Little (right), and meteorologist Michelle Muscatello.
