John O. Lewis has been promoted to vp and gm of Greenville, N. C. CBS affiliate WNCT.
Lewis has been the gsm for the last four years. Before that he was the station’s local sales manager.

He started his career at WDBD in Jackson, Miss. He’s also worked at KLAX in Alexandria, La., KTVE in Monroe, La. and was gm of WFXI in New Bern, N.C.
