By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

WMAR, the Scripps-owned station in Baltimore, has teamed up with local builders and contractors to help revitalize a local school serving kids with special needs.

St. Elizabeth School has undergone a physical makeover valued at over $500,000, thanks to the WMAR program Built Upon A Dream and volunteers across the Maryland community.

A program about school makeover will air on the ABC affiliate. The show is based on the popular series, Extreme Home Makeover.
