Katie George, who was recently crowned Miss Kentucky USA, is adding another job title to her resume: WLKY reporter.
WLKY news director Andrea Stahlman explained to the Louisville Courier Journal that George was previously a sports intern at the CBS affiliate.
“She’s just very passionate and a super hard worker,” Stahlman told the paper. “She really wants to learn the business and already had a lot of natural talent, frankly.”
