WJBF reporter Tiffany Hobbs is getting a chance to show off a different set of on camera skills. She plays the role of Alice in the upcoming Hallmark Channel movie A Holiday Spectacular.

“This opportunity has been a dream come true,” said Hobbs, who worked on the film in New York before joining the Augusta, Ga.,  ABC affiliate. “I remember getting the audition while in an acting class just before we went off for the Holidays. I found out the role was mine two days after Christmas. As a former aspiring dancer, I never dreamed that I would be dancing on the stage at Radio City Music Hall with the Rockettes!”

According to her website, Hobbs has done some high profile stage shows like the The Lion King and Waitress both on and off Broadway. She’s also appeared on the FX show, Atlanta, Ozark on Netflix, MacGyver, Bull and Code Black on CBS and Happy on SyFy. She can also be seen guest-starring as Penelope Van Summers in the TNT drama Claws and will be on multiple series in the upcoming 2022 season as well.

“The cast and crew were amazing and we made something truly special together”, said Hobbs about the Hallmark show. “To get to experience this with my family by my side has been nothing short of a Holiday miracle. I hope this movie warms the hearts of many this season, just like it has mine.”

A Holiday Spectacular premieres November 27 on Hallmark Channel.
